GS insPIRe® S Sandwich Panel
Wall panels GS insPIRe® S are intended for use in external curtain walls and internal partition walls in buildings with a frame structure.
The panels can be installed both vertically and horizontally, as single- and multi-span wall elements. The facing consists of double-sided galvanized steel sheet according to EN 10346 with an organic polyester coating with a thickness of 25 μm. The tightness of panel joints is ensured by a polyurethane PUS seal applied during the production process.

- A large radius of the joint profiling ensures the integrity of protective coatings on the steel sheets.
- A double-lock joint connecting the panels guarantees high fire-tightness performance.
- Profiled edges facilitate installation and increase thermal insulation performance.
- A rigid PIR foam core with very good thermal insulation and fire resistance properties.
- A continuous polyurethane seal maintaining high thermal insulation performance, applied during the production process.
- Aluminum foil preventing water vapor from penetrating into the polyurethane foam core.
