use of sandwich panels – innovative solutions in construction
At Gór-Stal, we believe that modern construction is not only about technology, but also about fast, efficient and durable solutions. Our sandwich panels with a PIR foam core have gained recognition from investors, designers and contractors worldwide, from industrial buildings to modern office buildings, warehouses, distribution centers, as well as cold storage facilities and freezers.
The specifics of industries such as pharmaceuticals or food production sometimes require what is impossible to achieve with traditional methods – constant humidity levels, precise insulation or resistance to extreme conditions. Our panels perform in all environments: from a military base in the Pacific, through drilling platforms in the North Sea, to Mercedes or Nutella factories in Turkey, as well as museums, stadiums or transport containers. Thanks to them, projects are completed faster, more easily and more economically.
We are not limited to sandwich panels only. In our modern plant in Bochnia, we also produce termPIR® insulation boards, ideal for modern building insulation. The foundation of our products is PIR foam – a strategic material produced according to a unique, proprietary Gór-Stal formula from the highest quality raw materials sourced from trusted suppliers around the world. Thanks to this, our solutions combine modernity, versatility and the highest quality.
Gór-Stal is synonymous with professionalism, innovation and quality in every detail – from production to ease of installation. By choosing our sandwich panels and insulation boards, you choose certainty, reliability and a modern approach to every investment.
Use of insulation boards
PIR foam insulation boards are an excellent material that can be used wherever thermal insulation is required: in industrial, agricultural, commercial, office, as well as multi-family and single-family construction. Thanks to their properties, they are an excellent thermal insulation material. The insulation layer made of PIR boards can be significantly thinner than in the case of other materials, while the effect is much better.
One of the important features of PIR boards is also their high compressive strength. Thanks to this, they can be used as an insulation layer in places exposed to heavy loads, e.g. on foundations and floors.
