Installation Accessories
Sandwich panels and insulation boards are excellent construction materials – safe, eco-friendly, and helping to save time and money. However, to perform their functions properly, they must be installed correctly. The use of appropriate installation accessories is essential.
Our offer includes:
- seals for sandwich panels,
- sealing flanges designed for pipe penetrations (e.g. ventilation) through sandwich panel enclosures,
- sleeves – washers for cold storage panels,
We also supply self-adhesive sealing tapes: polyurethane (PUS and PURS), polyethylene (PED), and butyl tapes. Details can be found in our product catalog.

Self-drilling fasteners
Sandwich panels can be attached to steel, reinforced concrete, and wooden structures using dedicated fasteners. Self-drilling fasteners (also known as self-drilling screws) are used for assembling and connecting structural elements. Their special drill point enables easy installation without the need for pre-drilling holes. They can be easily concealed, which improves the overall appearance of the façade. This solution guarantees full safety and durability of the structures. We offer two types of self-drilling fasteners:
- for hot-rolled structures (wall thickness from 3 to 12 mm).
- for cold-formed structures (thickness from 1.5 mm to 5 mm).
On special request, caps or fasteners can be supplied in the color of the outer facing of the sandwich panel.

Sheet metal flashings
Gór-Stal has a bending machine that allows the production of sheet metal flashings with a thickness of up to 1.25 mm (maximum length 6 m), in standard shapes from the catalog as well as according to individual customer designs. Detailed information regarding thickness and colors of the sheet metal can be found in the catalog dedicated to a specific panel.
