Load tables for sandwich panels

Gór-Stal offers a wide range of modern wall, roof, and cold storage sandwich panels with a polyisocyanurate (PIR) core. The precisely developed PIR panel technology translates into functionality and safety. Below you will find load tables for sandwich panels, enabling quick and easy selection in terms of strength and resistance to static and dynamic loads. The tables also include detailed data on the thickness and type of facings and panel core. Designers and other interested parties will also find information regarding structural requirements, such as the minimum width of edge and intermediate supports, as well as the minimum number of fasteners required for specific panel types.

What loads should be considered when designing buildings made of PIR panels?

The loads that should be taken into account when designing buildings made of PIR panels (sandwich panels) are related to:

  • the type of structure on which the panels are installed,
  • the color of the facings (mainly in terms of thermal deformations that may occur in the panels),
  • additional installations mounted on the panels.

Our tables include data on the maximum panel loads, taking into account all of the above factors. If you are interested in additional details, please contact our company and also ознакомьтесь with the technical drawings of sandwich panels and other information about our products published on our website, both in product sections and on the blog.
