Hereby, in fulfillment of the information obligation imposed on Gór-Stal sp. z o.o., based in Gorlice, pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 4.05.2016, p. 1), hereinafter referred to as “Regulation 2016/679”, we inform you that:
 
1. Personal Data Administrator. Gór-Stal sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Gorlice (address: ul. Przemysłowa 11, 38-300 Gorlice), hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, kept by the District Court for Kraków - Śródmieście in Kraków , XII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000166841, being in the possession of NIP 7381945154, REGON 852712117, with the share capital of PLN 5,000,000.00 fully paid up, is the administrator of your personal data. 
 
2. Purposes and grounds for processing. As an administrator, the Company will process your ordinary personal data, provided by you in the above service request, based on your voluntary consent (the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation 2016/679) and subject to your consent. You may not consent to the Company's processing of your personal data. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time, but withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. By withdrawing your consent to the processing of your personal data, the Company will not be able to contact you.
 
3. Data retention period. If you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of conducting and completing a service request, your personal data will be stored until you revoke your consent, unless the purpose for further storage of your personal data falls away sooner, or the Company waives further storage of your personal data.
 
4. Data recipients. Your personal data may also be accessed by our subcontractors (processors), e.g. legal, IT companies.
 
5. Rights of data subjects: In accordance with the provisions of Regulation 2016/679, you have: (a) the right to access your data and receive a copy of it; (b) the right to rectify (amend) your data; (c) the right to erase your data, limit the processing of your data; (d) the right to object to the processing of your data; (e) the right to data portability; (f) the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority - to the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection and, as of May 25, 2018, to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the data protection law..
 
6. Information about the requirement/voluntariness of providing data. Your provision of personal data is voluntary, however, the consequence of failure to provide such personal data will be the inability to contact you in the service request process.
 
7. Automated decision-making. The Company will not make automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling, against you based on your Personal Data.
