Proper hydro-modernization and thermo-modernization is an important task for the investor, if it is to ensure energy efficiency and protect the building against external weather conditions.

Insulations made of sandwich panels, often used in thermal insulation systems, are divided into wall insulations used both outside and inside the facility, as well as roof insulations.

Types of sandwich panels

Wall cladding panels are divided into panels installed on external walls and those used on internal walls of a building. The façade panels should not only be resistant to fire or noise, but also exhibit functional features such as stiffness and load-bearing capacity. Corrosion resistance and the degree of air permeability also play an important role. Resistance to sagging and resistance to possible impacts also remain very important.

Insulation inside the buildings

Insulation boards inside buildings are not exposed to the above-mentioned atmospheric factors, so they do not have to meet the same conditions as those that are part of the facade or roof panels. These types of panels are often used as partition walls in industrial halls or production and storage rooms. They are also eagerly used in cold stores or catering rooms.
